ANY GOOD EXERCISES FOR MY ARMS?
I just bought 2 dumbbells (only 3 pounds for the beginning) and i would love to sde exercises to tone my arms other than just lifting them. Any good advice from you guys? Thanks anyway babies, all of you are doing GREAT! ♥

okay. i will become healthy. i will stop eating >100g of chocolate everyday. i will get clear skin again.
SO today is DAY 1!
MEAL PLAN:
breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Slice of Wholewheat Bread, Jogurt with 1 Orange 1 Apple and 1 Banana (if we still have some) and Lemonwater if we have any lemons.

EXERCISE:
I thought about this for a really really long time. I want to start the 30DS again but somehow i am very scared that i wont be able to do it. I am afraid that i’ll stop at minute 10 or something. BUT i set my mind to it now and i WILL FUCKING ACHIEVE IT! My mom got me dumbbells the other day (3.3lb; 1.5kg) and now i wont have to use bottles of water! so WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO GET FUCKING MOTIVATED TO START THIS SHIT AND ROCK IT???
