Make frozen smoothie packs every Sunday to last the whole week. When you’re ready to enjoy a smoothie just pick a bag and blend! Simple and quick. I used to do something similar to this. Time to get back in the habit!

Eating clean week 2 (apart from today lol going for food)

Day 1

Today started veeery badly. First i didnt eat anything at school because i had been to lazy to prepare something and was too stingy to buy something to eat. When i came home i ate a sesame roll and a bit of salad. Then it started: i ate 900+ calories worth of chocolate and a white bread sandwich with cheese. I kinda forced me to eat all those chocolate bars, i didnt even like them. But yeah, then i slept a little while and when I got up i had the urge to just go out and run, but i had to wait for my sister bc she wanted to come with me. so around 7pm i went for a run - and it was awesome. Even though i didnt manage to run longer than approx 25 min, i am very proud of myself. it was the first exercise i got in WEEKS or even in MONTHS.
And i just prepared my lunch for school - 2 wholewheat sandwiches with chicken slices and low fat cream cheese, 3 carrots, an apple and a banana. I hope I can keep that up and stick with it.

SO guys what im trying to tell you: Dont give up on a day just because it didnt start off good. If you really want it, you can change it all to the better ♡♥♡♥
